We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal and Apple Pay.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Under the consumer protection you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must email us at email@example.com as well as returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try to accommodate where possible.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
All of our orders are packed and fulfilled by Amazon Logistics so we can take advantage of Amazon's shipping network and shipping times. Orders are shipped 7 days a week. Amazon logistics aim to dispatch all orders within 1 day from when placed.
Standard Shipping is 3-5 days.
Express Delivery is 1 day. (next day if ordered before 3pm)
We ship to all of the UK.
Estimated delivery time for EU orders is 7 - 14 days, this does not include processing time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS IN TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?
You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, the courier may try and re-deliver the next day.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 6 working days of the date on which you ordered them then please contact us by email at email@example.com.
For EU customers, please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us regarding a missing order.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We really hope you love your Scribble & Dot purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
