WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, and Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal and Apple Pay. 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Under the consumer protection, you have the right to cancel your order. To cancel an order you must email us at support@scribbleanddot.co.uk as well as returning the goods to us as soon as possible at your own expense. 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, if you decide you want to amend your order please email us at support@scribbleanddot.co.uk, and we will try to accommodate where possible.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

All of our orders are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse. Unless stated differently on the product page, our dispatch times are 1-2 days.
For more details on the delivery times of your item from dispatch, please see the delivery guidelines below.

For UK orders, please be aware that there may be slight delays to the stated times especially in late December & early January. 

UK DELIVERY

Our standard delivery is provided by Evri and on a tracked 48 hour but you can upgrade at checkout for 24 hour delivery if you order before 1pm and we aim to dispatch the same day.

Here are some guidelines for the delivery of your item from dispatch:

UK - 48 Tracked service: 3-4 business days from dispatch
- UK - Next Working Day Delivery - (UK Mainland only, order by 1pm Monday-Thursday) 1 business delivery time (see notes below)
- UK - Saturday Delivery (UK Mainland only, order by 11am Fridays, orders delivered on Saturdays).

NEXT DAY DELIVERY DELIVERY (UK Mainland only)

**Please note Next Working Day Delivery option is only available for orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1. Next Day Delivery option is only available for UK Mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland and remote areas). 

**Order must be placed before 1 UK time to be dispatched on the same day. 

**Orders placed after 1 on Thursday and before 1 on Fridays will be dispatched on Fridays and delivered on Mondays. 

**Orders placed after 1 on Fridays, and on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday mornings and will not arrive until Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. 

EU + REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY 

EU

We use Royal Mail standard shipping (2-7 days, Monday to Friday).Please always provide a mobile phone number and email address for deliveries. Generally, you can expect to receive your goods within 7 working days however this is not guaranteed and will depend on the country of destination.

Please note we use EU-IOSS system for faster, convenient shipping. Taxes will be calculated at checkout and will be passed to your local tax jurisdiction.

Rest of the World

We use Royal Mail standard international shipping (4-15 days, Monday to Friday)

The cost of shipping internationally will depend on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package. Prices will vary and shown at checkout.
 Please note that any international delivery may exceed the expected delivery time and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Please be aware that there may be delays during the holiday time. These are estimated delivery guidelines. For international delivery especially, the item might be held at Customs. Delivery time depends upon the country of destination.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS IN TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

You should receive a calling card if no one is available to collect your parcel, the courier may try and re-deliver the next day.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 6 working days of the date on which you ordered them then please contact us by email at support@scribbleanddot.co.uk.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We really hope you love your Scribble & Dot purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging and at customers expense. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
